I have done some of the legwork if you would like to send a letter to the head of your local supermarket.  

Below is a letter template for download in word document format.  It has spots for your information and the store's as well.  You will need to press yes if you want the links to make it so you only have to type your name once

I have also linked a wiki page if you want to get information on the companies easily.  Most pages have the person in charge listed, and their website so you can get the mailing addresses.
